Refund Eligibility

Subscription Plans

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refund requests for monthly subscriptions must be made within 4 days of the purchase date. If more than 4 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
  • Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual Subscriptions: Refund requests for these longer-term subscriptions must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. If more than 7 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund.

24-Hour Trial

  • The 24-hour trial for $2 is non-refundable.

Conditions for Refunds

  • You will not be approved for a refund if the issue is not on our technical side (e.g., issues originating from your device, poor internet connection in your country or area, or other possibilities outside our technical capabilities).
  • You will not be approved for a refund if you violate our terms and conditions and your account is suspended.
  • You will not be approved for a full refund if you have used our services for a significant period. For example, if you have a 12-month subscription and after 8 months of perfect service you face a technical issue on our side that we can’t resolve within 10 days, you will be eligible for a partial refund for the remaining subscription period that you cannot use.
  • You will not be approved for a refund if you provide incorrect connection information in the order form, such as a wrong MAC address. Once a subscription is activated for a device, it cannot be transferred to another device. If you want to activate a different device, you will need to purchase a new subscription without a refund for your previous purchase. Ensure you provide the correct information and choose the right device before making a subscription. Only devices and applications using M3U playlists can be switched with the same subscription. Devices requiring a MAC code cannot be switched, as the subscription is strictly activated for that MAC.

Please note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. However, our payment processor or your financial institution can take up to 21-30 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.

Once you have requested a refund, you cannot subscribe again to our service at any time in the future.

How to Request a Refund

Follow the steps below to submit your refund request:

  1. Use the contact form on our website to request the refund.
  2. Use the same email address you used to purchase our services.
  3. Include your invoice number and your MAC code if you are using a device with MAC.

Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • 24-hour trials and special promotions are non-refundable.
  • Fees for any third-party services or products are non-refundable.
